SPECIAL LINDEE DANIEL BRIDAL GOWN OFFER
Ok, I'm about to make you Lindee Daniel loving ladies very, very happy. First of all, if you don't know who Lindee Daniel is, you need to change that. Now.
I blogged about a trunk show she was having back in January, and since then, have beenin love completely obsessively in love with her bridal gowns. And obviously, a ton of other people have fallen in love with her eco-friendly style too because one of her gowns, "Lauren", has exploded on Pinterest - check it out below in all of its dreamy, flowy glory.
After seeing how insanely popular this gown has become, Lindee, being the gracious, generous soul that she is, wanted to share this true work of art with as many brides as possible...so...Lindee is now offering this $4,000 gown for $2,000 - that is half off! This kind of thing never happens.
So, if you're interested in this amazing deal (trust me, you're interested), all you need to do is write to Lindee at enquire@lindeedaniel.com and tell her why you deserve or need this special offer. Then, you'll receive a reply with more details. But, hurry, October 31st is the deadline, so get going!
Good luck ladies! I would love to hear what happens and find out if you got the dress, so leave lots of comments below!

REPIN WEDDING WEDNESDAY
Such a great way to add a little touch of something different to your wedding reception tables - check out the personalized decor hanging from a ladder above the table!
I re-pinned this on Pinterest, but the image originated on Ruffled, and you definitely don't want to miss the rest of the gorgeous inspirational shoot that goes along with it. View every last bit of black, white, and red prettiness here.

REPIN WEDDING WEDNESDAY
Most guys I know have absolutely no interest in wearing a boutonniere on their wedding day. But if they do it to make their future wife happy, I know they would appreciate it being as small as possible. And I think small, unique boutonnieres are more modern looking anyway.
Well, who could resist this itsy bitsy peony? It's sooo incredibly cute and chic...um, I mean cool and masculine. And it's waaaay better than a huge, honking rose in your face.
I just re-pinned this gorgeous shot on Pinterest - it was originally pinned by Style Me Pretty. Flowers are by Lingky and the image was taken by Kristin Vining Photography.

REPIN WEDDING WEDNESDAY
What a perfect, messy updo for a casual chic, outdoor wedding. I found this on Pinterest via Hilary Houlette and I immediately repinned it. Tiffany Simpson of Ony Salon created the updo for a special photo shoot created by Mary Melissa Johnson of First City Events.

REPIN WEDDING WEDNESDAY
I am loving this ring box idea from Martha Stewart Weddings that I just repinned on Pinterest, especially if you are a book lover or incorporating the idea of books into the rest of your wedding day.
Secret Safe Books will glue all the pages of your favorite book together and carve a hole in the center to store the rings.
It's a safe way for your ring bearer to carry your rings down the aisle without dropping and losing them. Plus, you'll have a chic way to store valuables after the wedding day - it's always nice to be able to use your wedding decor items in your home afterwards.
Check out all the different variations you can choose from, available on our favorite online shop, Etsy.

REPIN WEDDING WEDNESDAY
I am all about adding glitz and glam to your wedding, especially when that wedding is outdoors in a rustic setting - I just love the contrast. Check out these gorgeous chuppahs that I just repinned on Pinterest. I found them both through Espirit Events and have been swooning over them ever since.

An all green bridal bouquet...who would have thought that could be this beautiful? I'm in love with this pin from Martha Stewart Weddings Magazine that I found on Pinterest. This gorgeous creation is made up of parrot tulips and ferns, and it's all bundled together with crisp, white ribbon. LOVE.

REPIN WEDDING WEDNESDAY
Check out this amazing collection of the most perfect wedding day hairstyles that I found on Pinterest. If you're thinking about an updo, but want something low, loose, and gorgeous, then look no further. The lovelies at Aisle Candy pulled together this board (amongst others that you can find on their site), which was pinned by Shawna Tabilang via Megan Beard on Pinterest.
Just show one of these to your hairstylist, grab a fresh flower or vintage broach, and you are good to go!

REPIN WEDDING WEDNESDAY
Welcome to our newest blog feature - Repin Wedding Wednesday, where I'll be sharing my favorite wedding find of the week that I repinned on Pinterest. I am totally dying over this little girl and her ridiculously cute outfit. You may not think this is wedding related, but I am constantly asked by clients where to find unique flower girl dresses, and I think this one tops the charts. How perfect would this be for an outdoor bohemian chic wedding? I would be inspired to design a whole wedding just based on this ensemble.
I found this pin on Shelby Helgeson's "All About Miss Harper" board, it's by Dollcake Oh So Girly, my new favorite baby girl clothing source, and it's available for purchase on One Good Thread. Someone PLEASE use this as a flower girl dress and send me pics when you do!

5 TIPS FOR GETTING STARTED ON PINTEREST
To be a bride in the age of Pinterest
is such a beautiful thing - it is the perfect place to keep track of
all the inspirational eye candy that you come across while trying to
piece together your event design. For all of you newbies, "Pinterest is
a virtual pinboard. It lets you organize and share all the beautiful
things you find on the web." It's like an online version of a wedding planning binder filled to the brim with tear-outs from magazines. Get started now with my 5 easy tips:
- Request an invite: Pinterest is so fancy that you need to be invited to join, so you can enter your email address here to request membership, or email me at adrienne@rufflesandtweed.com and I'll get you in.
- Set up your profile: once you're in, be sure to edit your profile. I suggest adding a bio (include something about your wedding day vision) and uploading a fabulous headshot. You can also update your email notification preferences and add Pinterest to your Facebook timeline.
- Organize your boards: boards are a collection of pins, and by default, Pinterest will provide you with 5 templates for boards to get started: Products I Love, Favorite Places and Spaces, Books Worth Reading, My Style Pinboard, and For the Home. If you already know some of the categories you'll be pinning (wedding decor inspiration, dream wedding gowns, etc.), you can add them now, or create them as you go.
- Follow other pinners: Pinterest will recommend some followers for you, but I think the best way to determine who you want to follow is to explore all the pins out there. At the top of the page, directly under the logo is a drop-down menu labeled "Everything" - you can either click on that to start browsing, well...everything. Or you can choose a category. Once you see something you like, click on the pinner's username, and if you're interested in their boards and pins, go ahead and follow them.
- Let your inspiration run wild: now it's time for you to fill up those boards! You can pin images a few different ways - search through Pinterest and re-pin images that you love, search any website and pin images you love (you'll first need to install the "pin it" button on your toolbar - Pinterest will show you how here), or upload images that you love.

Now you're well on your way to making your dream wedding vision a reality. Be sure to tell your Wedding Planner to follow you on Pinterest so that he or she can be the first to know what inspires you.
