For day 24 of the Full Circle Eventi challenge, it's another 2014 wedding trend of choice, and I'm going with the Grecian look. I chose flowy white fabric, lots of greenery, and gold accents for a simple yet elegant affair.

DESIGNER CHALLENGE DAY 23: DIAMONDS + PEARLS
Who doesn't love diamonds and pearls? I had the pleasure of designing a wedding inspiration board using these beauties for day 23 of the Full Circle Eventi challenge. I kept the colors neutral to allow the true loveliness of the gems to shine through, and added lots of shimmer, glitter, and some faux fur for a festive winter affair.

DESIGNER CHALLENGE DAY 22: LOUNGE
Day 22 of the Full Circle Eventi challenge is all about the wedding lounge. Whether it's right next to the dance floor so guests can take a quick breather in between sets, or in a remote outdoor area where guests can get some fresh air and chat, the wedding lounge can be something truly special.
I chose an outdoor lounge with style and personal touches, surrounded by lanterns and chandeliers. I started with cozy, neutral couches and hanging chairs (how cool are they?!), and added lots of pink pillows and pashminas for ultimate comfort and warmth. This lounge also comes prepped with the couple's guest book, a photo runner on the coffee table, and whiskey and cigars for the late night crew.

DESIGNER CHALLENGE DAY 21: VIOLET TULIP
Oh Pantone, how we love thee. Day 21 of the Full Circle Eventi challenge brings with it another lovely Pantone color - Violet Tulip. It's a bluish lavender tone and I think it blends perfectly with soft pink and blue tones.
Add luscious, overflowing blooms, hints of lavender, and beautiful calligraphy, and you have one stunning soiree.

DESIGNER CHALLENGE DAY 20: PATTERNS
We are focusing on patterns for day 20 of the Full Circle Eventi challenge, and I went with a mix of different patterns that all work beautifully together, because they are all black and white.
I used black and white stripes as the main pattern, and complimented that with a checkered pattern and a floral pattern, plus pops of peach and tangerine.
I think the mix is fun, fresh, and sophisticated. What do you think?

DESIGNER CHALLENGE DAY 19: BURLESQUE
I have never planned a burlesque-themed affair, and thought that I never would, but after day 19 of the Full Circle Eventi challenge, I may just seek an opportunity out.
I chose an understated burlesque feel with black, white, silver, and gold, with bits of feathers and bling, and I think the result is subtle and elegant.

DESIGNER CHALLENGE DAY 18: PALOMA
It's another Pantone color for day 18 of the Full Circle Eventi challenge - Paloma, a muted neutral gray - which I paired with a pastel watercolor palette of very light pink, blue, and yellow.
The dark gray pillar candles stand out on the tables amongst a sea of pale prettiness. The watercolor pattern appears on the invitations, escort cards, and cake, while the bridesmaids glow in their mismatched, but coordinated frocks. A perfect palette for a spring or summer fete.

DESIGNER CHALLENGE DAY 14: SAND
When I first started thinking about ideas for day 14 of the Full Circle Eventi challenge - to design a wedding using the Pantone color, Sand - I thought I would pair it with vibrant colors like poppy red and slate blue or lemon yellow and teal.
All of those would be beautiful, don't get me wrong, but instead, I decided to let the sand hue shine amongst other neutrals, like shades of gray and tan. I wanted to show how beautiful a greige (gray and beige) wedding can be when paired with lots of texture and interest.
The key to making a beige wedding look, well, not beige (interpretation: boring), is to use many different shades to add visual appeal. I think this combination is anything but boring.

DESIGNER CHALLENGE DAY 13: 2014 TREND OF CHOICE
There are so many amazing wedding trends for 2014, and with day 13 of the Full Circle Eventi challenge, we were tasked to design another wedding using the trend of our choice. I chose to focus on pops of color.
We've seen pops of color in the past, but this year it's all about picking only one and using it sparingly. I took Pantone's 2013 color of the year, Emerald, and paired it with black, white, and nude for a fresh, modern twist. The green doesn't show up everywhere - just in pieces of the wedding - and in small doses as to not be overpowering. Take a look and let me know what you think!

DESIGNER CHALLENGE DAY 10: NO FLOWERS
I love flowers so incredibly much. So it was a little bit gut-wrenching to design a wedding without using any flowers at all for day 10 of the Full Circle Eventi challenge. But, I'm always up for a challenge!
And instead of going completely away from the look of flowers and using just candles or ribbons or enormous balloons or paper cranes - all of which are completely gorgeous with or without the addition of flowers, I decided to use herbs and veggies.
I just love the fresh and organic feel of greenery at a wedding - and I'm loving the different shades of green herbs overflowing from a wooden centerpiece. Escort cards are pinned into different types of vegetables, brussel sprouts are combined into tree arrangements, an artichoke sits atop the groom's lapel, and herbs are set up at the ceremony for a festive herb petal toss. What a great celebration for a foodie couple! And the best part is that all of the decor can be saved and eaten afterwards - love that.
