Dance your wedding night away with these comfy ballet flats covered in white roses, by Tieks. And the bonus is, they also count as your "something blue"!
Rock them all night, take them along for your honeymoon, and continue to wear them forever after that. I have yet to experience the comfort and versatility of a pair of Tieks shoes, but they WILL be mine one day.
I'm in love with day 6 for the Full Circle Eventi challenge because it's all about chandeliers! And I took them outdoors - because, really, is there anything better than a chandelier outside?
Whether it's hanging from a tree, a tent, or a man-made structure over a table, a chandelier is such an elegant addition to a wedding, and when it's mixed with rustic surroundings, the contrast is breathtaking.

Tropical is the theme for day 5 of the Full Circle Eventi design challenge, and I opted for a high-end, elegant affair with lots of string lights, string flowers and pops of bright colors like purple, pink, leafy green, and orange.
Modern, colorful invitations give the first impression, while rattan chargers, a simple linen napkin, and a single bloom complete the place settings.

I have to say, it was really hard to pick just one 2014 wedding trend to focus on for day 4 of the Full Circle Eventi Designer Challenge, but I ultimately went with art deco and Great Gatsby inspired design.
I just love that era and it's coming back big time for weddings this year. From the elaborate ornamentation and decor, to the geometric shapes, to the glitzy fashion and overall glamour, what's not to love? I went with black, gold, and pops of mint green to capture the feel of this hot wedding trend - check out my interpretation below and let me know what you think!

Day 3 of the Full Circle Eventi challenge brings another Pantone color - Dazzling Blue - and it will be the hot wedding color this Spring.
I decided to pair this rich hue with shades of hot and pale pink for a modern, preppy feel. I wanted the wedding to feel cozy, but luxurious, so I added farmhouse tables, beautifully designed paper, glitzy chandeliers, tinted glassware, and a super fancy cake, all surrounding a magnificent tree.
For my wedding inspiration using the Pantone color of the year, Radiant Orchid, go here.

I'm back with day 2 of the Full Circle Eventi challenge - aisle style. The task was to design a wedding ceremony aisle using any color palette, style, and elements. I immediately knew that I wanted to design a beach ceremony because I adore them, and since the beach is so perfect on its own, I went with a soft, muted color palette that wouldn't overpower the surroundings.
I used romantic shades of blush pink and peach, and lined the aisle with tons of flowers, including ombre petals, flowy fabric, lanterns, parasols, and natural elements like wood and twine. And I just couldn't resist those precious flower girls!

I love challenges. Like really, really love them. I try to do as many as possible in all areas of my life - health and wellness, writing and blogging - and now, design. Thanks to Lia Moore of Full Circle Eventi, I am exercising my creative muscles with her 30 day designer challenge. I'll be designing a new wedding-related inspiration board every day for the whole month of January, based on different criteria, in the hopes to inspire all of you brides who are searching for unique wedding ideas.
If you're interested in hopping on board, you can sign up at Full Circle Eventi. And don't forget to check back here every day this month to see my interpretation of Lia's daily challenges.
The challenge for day 1 was to design a wedding using the Pantone color of the year - radiant orchid! I decided to pair this purple-pinky shade with mint green and gold, along with dark wood accents for a bohemian lovefest filled with vintage, organic, and quirky details. I hope you love it!
